Every stay, one rule
Cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your 3:00 pm check-in and the full amount is refunded to the original card — we issue the refund the same day, and banks typically show it within 5–10 working days. Inside 14 days, 50% of the total is refunded. This applies to every stay, nightly or monthly.
Monthly stays in residence
Once in residence, extensions and early exits work on 14 days’ written notice.
No-shows & early departure
A no-show without notice is not refunded — the amount paid is retained in full. Unused nights after an early departure without notice are not refunded.
If we have to cancel
If an apartment becomes unavailable — flood, fire, force majeure — we’ll offer a comparable or better apartment first, and a prompt full refund if you’d rather. Beyond that, our liability follows the terms of service, which never exclude what the law does not allow us to exclude.
Best-rate guarantee interaction
Rate-matched bookings keep the cancellation terms of the rate you booked. Promotional non-flexible rates, where offered, are labelled at checkout and are non-refundable.

Message your WhatsApp thread, email bookings@aerostays.co.uk, or call 07441 474162 with your booking reference. Cancellation takes effect from the time we receive it, confirmed by email.
