Good to know
Shoreditch is the loud one — street art, markets, and the City’s towers one street away with their after-work crowd filling the bars. Our apartment here has a gym and pool in the building, which suits who it attracts: business stays that want the City close and the evenings interesting.
It’s bright and busy at almost every hour, which is its own reassurance; weekend nights are boisterous around the main drags. Getting around: Old Street (Northern line) is the doorstep station, and Liverpool Street — Elizabeth line and Stansted Express — is a ten-minute walk.
