Terms of service
Aero Stays Ltd · Effective 4 September 2026 · Registered in England & Wales · Company no. 14053523 · VAT no. 517977935
The agreement
These terms govern every booking made with Aero Stays Ltd (company no. 14053523), whether nightly or monthly, made on this site, by phone or through an account manager. By confirming a booking you accept them on behalf of everyone in your party. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed when payment is authorised through our Stripe-secured checkout and you receive a confirmation reference. The full amount for your stay is charged at the time of booking, whether you are staying one night or several months. All prices are in GBP and include VAT; any cleaning fee is shown before you pay.
Cancellations & changes
Because your booking is for accommodation on specific dates, the 14-day "cooling-off" right that applies to most online purchases does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Instead, the cancellation policy below — free cancellation windows included — forms part of these terms. Date changes are treated as a cancellation and rebooking unless we confirm otherwise.
Your stay
Apartments are for the booked guests only, up to the stated occupancy. The house rules shown on each apartment page — check-in and check-out times, quiet hours, and the no-party, no-smoking policy — form part of these terms.
Damage
Damage beyond fair wear and tear may be charged, with an itemised statement provided.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us during your stay — message your WhatsApp thread, email bookings@aerostays.co.uk or call 07441 474162 — and we will put it right or explain why we cannot. If you remain unhappy, write to us and we will respond within 14 days.
Liability & governing law
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability under a booking is capped at the value of that booking. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you book as a consumer you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and nothing here takes away protections granted by its mandatory rules.
