The host was super responsive and very helpful! The bnb is advertised as having AC, but we didn’t do our research and read the fine print because there is only one small portable AC unit for the entire flat. We visited during the heat wave so that was really tough to deal with, but mainly our fault since we didn’t read closely enough! Overall, great stay.
It was easy to find the place, where to get the keys was quite close to the property and we were very close to the tube which was great. The flat had everything that was advertised, the bedrooms were good and the bed I slept in was quite comfortable (maybe more than my own at home if I'm honest). I will say the table in the living room was unsteady, but it wasn't bothersome for our stay. The kitchen was nice, and very usable for our needs. It wasn't a problem for me as I am quite petite but for future visitors I wouldn't say that the shower in the smaller bathroom is for someone very tall or of a large size. It was a tight space but totally expected for London and I had no issues using it but something to note. Eb was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive to any messages that we sent their way. I never had to worry about them getting back to me at all. I would definitely stay here again on a next visit.
The location is excellent for exploring the city and accessing the main attractions. There were occasionally homeless people and people smoking substances near nearby buildings in the mornings. The apartment itself is nice and well equipped. We initially struggled a bit with the radiators, but once the heat wave reached London, the apartment felt wonderfully cool and refreshing. There were no international power adapters available, and we were advised to buy our own.
