Please note that any signs of smoking will incur a fee of £300 ✔Lost Keys: In the event that a guest loses or fails to return the keys to the apartment at the end of their stay, a replacement fee of £100 will be charged to cover the cost of key replacement and rekeying the locks. ✔Lockout Call-Out Fee: If the guest locks themselves out of the apartment during their stay, a call-out fee of £100 will be charged for the assistance provided to gain entry.
