Beaus place was just as it was described and Beau was extremely good about communicating. He would respond to any of my questions almost immediately. The place had all the essentials necessary for our stay. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for communicating so well throughout our stay. Easy check in, comfy place, great location - would stay again

Great place. We stayed for three weeks in May/June. Very clean, perfectly situated for Kings Road Chelsea and Sloane Square, safe peaceful location. Fast internet, big TV, lots of hot water, easy clothes laundry machine, easy and quick to contact Beau. What will probably be a surprise to people new to London is the size. It has one bedroom and a living/dining/kitchen area. I paced it at 450 square feet total. We were two tall older folk, so it felt a bit tight. We had hoped for a more elaborate kitchen, It was a bit short on utensils and dishes, and had small fridge; for two it was okay, but if you wanted to entertain, there were not enough dishes. The A/C worked just fine, but it felt like a bit of jury rig. Noisy on Friday nights, because it is on the ground floor on Sloane Avenue. We had a great time, when we got used to the above.
