It was overall a great experience. They accommodated me with a portable ac unit and fan which was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to another visit.

Great place! Right next to the tube station too, so very easy to get around.

Perfect location with the tube right across the road, accessing many parts of London within a 15/20 minute journey. 5 minute walk to to loads of bars, cafes and restaurants in Clapham. Host was extremely responsive and I would stay here again ☺️

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is spacious and as described Very clean and location is fantastic for access to public transport. Very responsive and helpful host. Two small points for improvement would be block out curtains in bedrooms and much better fans or air conditioners provided. We were here in very hot summer temperatures and the bedrooms were uncomfortably hot.

We really loved the place; it was cozy and tidy. The host was excellent and very quick to respond. It is one of the best places in London, conveniently close to both the train station and the city center.

The apartment was great, clean, well equipped and well located. The aircon provided wasn't great for the hot weather but the fan was ok. The location was fantastic.

Great place, well maintained and professional. Works well for a holiday stay for families with young children in London as it’s very close to the tube station. No elevator but stairs were wide and easy to navigate. AC unit was portable and could be moved between rooms but was not the easiest or most effective to use because of the window shape and styles particularly in the bedroom but was still better than nothing on a hot evening.

We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it. Excellent location.

Fantastic place directly across from tube with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Very clean. Perfect for our family with provided high chair and pack and play. Would definitely stay again. AC and fans were super helpful during heat wave and made stay very comfortable. Beau was also incredibly responsive!

Great place to stay in London. Ten min walk to either Clapham or Brixton tube stations or Clapham park. Hosts communicated really well and were very helpful. Would recommend.

Descriptions and prior reviews sum it up well. Proactive courteous host. Lively side of commons so there are both plenty of cafe/ dining options and attendant street noise. Fine if you know what to expect (as we did). Excellent location both for the local area and tube access 2 min away. Portable A/C in main room worked well despite heat, while room fans in bed rooms were sufficient at night. Would stay again.

There's a lot to love about this place. It's huge for a London apartment, secure, far above the noisy street, convenient, has cool arcade games on the TV and of course has a beautiful view. I just wish more attention had been paid to the finish. The windows have iffy latches, the cupboards are not designed for anyone the height of the average woman, there's no shelves or drawers, the supplied air conditioner was held together by tape, there's no plug near the desk etc. Because it's so expensive, I just would have expected better polish. But overall, a wonderful place and Beau is the absolute perfect host.

The drapery was broken and we reported immediately and the light was bothering early morning. The fridge must have a problem and this why milk spoiled before the expiration date. The iron table was dirty. Lastly, do not expect a courtesy check in if your plane is early. You would have to pay almost the full rate for it.

We had a fantastic stay!! I would stay at this Airbnb again during my next visit. It is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. The host is incredibly responsive. We were there during a heat wave and we arrived to the AC running, windows open and fans going which was much appreciated! I will agree with other reviews that there is a lot of steep stairs so it might not be ideal for young children or elderly grandparents.

Really great spot near the tube and in a walkable location. I really liked how there is a gated entrance to the complex before getting to the door - it felt very safe getting back at night. Would recommend! Beau was very responsive and left detailed instructions.

Excellent location - a few steps away from the tube lines. The street out front is busy, with lots of transit, shops, and restaurants, but the unit itself backs on to a quiet residential terrace, so it was a great mix.

Flat was clean, modern and in a great location with only 2mins walk from Clapham North station. It was also very quiet in the apartment despite the flight route that goes over the area. Bed is quite narrow for 2 people but perfect for 1. Shampoo & soap were missing upon check-in but were promptly delivered once I reached out. The check in instructions were clear, however the host requested to sign a separate agreement on an external website - this was waived upon request.

Great location, near restaurants and the tube, though it is noisy at night til 2am and in the morning from 5am even with the windows closed in the bedrooms. The apartment has a steep staircase that takes some getting used to. It is nicely appointed, with large impressive bathrooms, and when the coffee maker didn't work the host approved the purchase of another one. The host in this case is a corporation with over 100 properties, but they do get back to you in 15 minutes and there is a number to call for emergencies. The A/C are moveable units with a hose but they do keep the temperature down. It was in the high 80s F, when we were there in mid-May.

Really enjoyed my stay. Lovee the fact it had an open rooftop. It was in a very good location and that was a bonus for me because I could enjoy my stay inside and out plus I had access to a lot thing etc restaurants, Supermarkets, pharmacy. Will definitely book again

I’ve stayed in a few of beau’s places and they have all been fantastic, highly recommended this please very good links on the northern into central London and so much going on around there!

The Airbnb was well presented, accurately matched the description provided, and benefited from a convenient location. However, the property is situated on a very busy high street, resulting in considerable noise from frequent parties as well as regular ambulance and police sirens. In addition, the lower living room window did not close properly, which further increased the noise levels. The flat was also consistently very warm, and adjusting the air conditioning appeared to make little difference to the temperature. I found the communication from the host was excessive, with too many unsolicited messages about available options to check-in early or check-out later, for a fee...

After being let down by another host at the last minute, we booked Beau’s apartment and we were so glad we did! He was really quick to respond to all messages which was so appreciated after the terrible time we had being left with no place to stay. The apartment is lovely! Clean, spacious and well equipped. A nice balcony that we really enjoyed as it was very hot when we visited. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone and would definitely book again when in London. Thank you so much for hosting us!!

Great location, a couple of steps to Clapham North tube & lots of good pubs and shops also a minute or two away. We were there as weather got hot at end of May so having the outdoor little patio is a huge bonus. Also a portable air conditioner is supplied which really helped for overnight. Beau was very friendly and responsive. All told this was great spot for the location and what we needed.

Great place to stay and communication was clear

The location is ideal for seeing London. The local shops, proximity to Clapham commons is excellent. Minutes from the Tube is perfect for exploring London. Close shops and nice restaurants are very helpful. Very easy to arrive via rail from LHR is desired. It was a beautiful place. The only downside is the noise through the night. Trash cans are opposite the bedroom windows and there are multiple pickups through the night. Also very loud street talkers and gates opening through the night. If you’re a light sleeper- be prepared. The shades don’t block the street light completely— bring eye shades and ear plugs accordingly. Beau and the team are very kind and responsive. I’d stay here again. Disappointed I left my noise cancelling sleep buds at home 👎. Otherwise 10/10.

The apartment’s location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport like buses and the tube. The neighbourhood is also full of delicious restaurants. The only downsides are the noise from the nearby road on weekend nights and the narrow stairs. This might be a problem for light sleepers or those with heavy luggage. Overall, the place is spacious, thoughtfully designed, convenient, and clean.

Very nice stay - every detail in the space thoughtfully considered. The place feels thorough, with everything you could need at hand. The terrace is a real highlight for relaxing or catching a sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the layout is easy to navigate. Location-wise, it’s conveniently close to the tube and a range of shops. All in all, a pleasant stay, and I enjoyed my time there. Thanks a lot.

This place is Perfectly located in the heart of Brixton. Walkable to everything that Brixton and Herne Hill have to offer. You couldn’t hope to find a more relaxing and comfortable home away from home in the middle of london. Absolutely amazing property, so peaceful and relaxing whilst having everything london has to offer within very easy reach. We will absolutely be staying again. Thank you for hosting us.

Neat apartment in a convenient location. We were able to travel all over London by public transport with bus and train options just minutes away. Bedding was comfortable and kitchen well equipped.

Me and some friends stayed for a weekend and it was perfect! Clean flat, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen - but the best thing was the location. Super close to the tube station, the park, some great cafes and restaurants nearby… Would definitely recommend this place for a family or group of friends! The host was attentive and service-minded, instructions were super clear and he checked in with us via chat throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
