Great location, close to shops, restaurants and tube stops. Very comfortable stay in Chelsea

Beaus place was just as it was described and Beau was extremely good about communicating. He would respond to any of my questions almost immediately. The place had all the essentials necessary for our stay. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for communicating so well throughout our stay. We look forward to staying with you again next year.

Quiet spot, safe building in Chelsea neighborhood, easy walk (or Lime/BorisBike) to parks and local eateries. Beau was super proactive and helpful, and getting in was a breeze. Hope to return!

Would definitely recommend staying here. Great location, felt very safe, and the apartment was lovely and very clean. Communication was good throughout and check-in was really easy.

A comfortable apartment in a great building, centrally located to much of the city. The price was better than many alternative sites that were not as well maintained. The AC worked perfectly during a historic heat wave that baked London. Could not have wanted more for this visit.

Location was great and check in was very easy. Beau responded quickly when we needed a new iron and it was much appreciated.

A great location, perfect for restaurants and lots of things to do. The flat was clean and the building felt safe. It was a great little pied a terre for our two days in London. The host left clear and easy instructions and made everything run smoothly and easily including our early check in. Would recommend.

Great place. We stayed for three weeks in May/June. Very clean, perfectly situated for Kings Road Chelsea and Sloane Square, safe peaceful location. Fast internet, big TV, lots of hot water, easy clothes laundry machine, easy and quick to contact Beau. What will probably be a surprise to people new to London is the size. It has one bedroom and a living/dining/kitchen area. I paced it at 450 square feet total. We were two tall older folk, so it felt a bit tight. We had hoped for a more elaborate kitchen, It was a bit short on utensils and dishes, and had small fridge; for two it was okay, but if you wanted to entertain, there were not enough dishes. The A/C worked just fine, but it felt like a bit of jury rig. Noisy on Friday nights, because it is on the ground floor on Sloane Avenue. We had a great time, when we got used to the above.
