Eb’s place was nice. It was clean and well organized. The location is good however there is no tube station nearby. The apartment is on the ground floor which is convenient, however, the back entrance is not the best way to get in. We experienced one of the neighbors dumping some kind of dirty water/ liquid right in front of the of the entrance. It was disgusting. We had to then walk around and enter from the other entrance. Eb is very responsive to queries. We initially had issue with the keys, however Eb was able to resolve it within 30-45 minutes. Overall, it is a decent clean place for a few days.

Eb’s place is very nice and comfortable, great location. In general we enjoyed our stay, but had a few issues. One was that we asked for an additional bed cover for the sofa but it wasn’t provided. We were recommended to contact the cleaners and pay them for the cover directly, but weren’t able to do so because of our busy schedule in London. Seamed like a very minor thing that could be easily accommodated, but it wasn’t. I also left my suitcase at the place and was told that I could pick it up before 3 pm from the cleaners, but when I arrived at 2:45 the cleaners were already gone, and it took me while to get my suitcase from the apartment - while I was already in a hurry for the airport. But Eb replied pretty quick to my messages, so all in all the stay was good.

We stayed here for 10 days with our 20-month-old, and the spaciousness of the house made us feel incredibly comfortable. The host was highly responsive to all our requests and even arranged a high chair for us instantly. The cleanliness of the property was good, too. The location was absolutely perfect for traveling with a baby—being so close to Holland Park was a huge advantage, and having shops nearby made our daily life so much easier. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need to make your holiday stress-free. Overall, it was a very comfortable and peaceful stay. As for the downsides: since it is a ground-floor flat, it doesn't get much natural daylight. Also, there are no fly screens on the windows, which made it impossible to open them for fresh air. The exterior of the windows was quite dusty, and we were concerned about insects or animals getting inside without a screen.

Fantastische ervaring!
We hebben op het allerlaatste moment een appartement in Londen geboekt en ondanks het late tijdstip (midden in de nacht) heeft de host alles super snel en perfect geregeld. De communicatie was duidelijk, vriendelijk en zeer professioneel. Dankzij deze snelle hulp konden we onze reis voortzetten. Het appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Absoluut een aanrader – we zouden hier zo weer boeken!

Ebs place was very well positioned for what we wanted, very good value and fantastic for two couples. It was also very peaceful for central London.
