Apartment had everything we needed. Really appreciated having washer, portable drying rack, and portable AC unit. Excellent walkable location, very close to Paddington Station and Kensington Gardens. Amazing Persian restaurant around the corner!! Bed was comfy. We would stay here again.

Great location, close to parks and lots of public transit, very easy to get around!

Good location and cozy apartment - easy check in and check out process and quick responses from the team. It’s an old building but I must say it was very clean and the portable AC unit makes for really good sleep during the hot London summers.

Great place to stay around Paddington. Easy location to access the tube and surrounding areas like Hyde park. Unit came with all of the needed appliances and the washer/dryer unit was a massive plus for my extended work trip. Eb and her team are remarkably proactive and quick to reply for anything you need.

Location was really nice and. Apartment was very clean. Special thanks for the AC machine as without that the heatwave would have been taken us 😅 there could be some updates for the furnitures but if you are not planning to spend much time in, it’s fine. The hallway wall the wall carpet is a experience but luckily it does not continue to the apartment.

As others have said, fantastic location. We were so grateful as we enquired the day before arrival if an early check in was available. It was, it made such a difference to us after a long flight. This apartment no 23, is on the 4th floor, there is a tiny lift ( seriously it’s the size of a small shower cubicle!) 1 person and 1 suitcase or if your very friendly 2 people but your belly’s will rub together ha! The accom was immaculately clean ( I always clean myself when I go to accom, this was pristine!). Fully functional, but tiny! The double bed is against 3 walls, there is nowhere to put your suitcases as under the bed is full of baby stuff. The wardrobe is full of baby bedding and Donna, there are ceiling fixed cupboard above the bed, meaning the only access is to stand on the bed.- it’s a great place for 1 or maximum 2 people. I scratch my head at how you can function in the accom with a porta cot up in the 3mx3m kitchen/ diner/ sofa area. Our 2 cases cover most of the floor sp
