I had a lovely stay here. The apartment was very clean, and the location was excellent — just a short walk to the station, with great amenities like Gail’s and Starbucks nearby. The area was peaceful and serene, making it a relaxing place to stay. The host was also very responsive to messages, and the entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. I would happily stay here again.

I booked this for some friends we’re visiting from overseas. The apartment was lovely and in a great location. Communication with the host was excellent, Beau responded very quickly to every question and was always helpful and courteous. My friends loved the apartment and were very comfortable there.

It was a great spot to move around the city, markets near by and the apt was great.

Bit on the expensive side but you are in a lovely area with the metro just a 2 minute walk away and 2 stations away from Paddington station. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Under 20min walk to Abbey Rd too. Room is exactly as described nice and clean. We stayed during the heatwave and the room stayed very cool didn’t even require the aircon provided. Huge TV and very comfy bed. One small thing is that there is a gap between the bath and the shower glass so when showering can experience some leakage but very manageable. Beau is an excellent and very responsive host. Thank you for our fantastic stay!

This lower ground floor property is just 2 minutes from Maida Vale Station and about a 15-minute walk to Warwick Avenue, making it very well connected and convenient. Tesco and the Everyman cinema is only a short 7 minutes walk. The area is beautiful and great for early morning walks and coffee runs to Gail’s, only a stone’s throw away. The property is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a short and long term stay. The hosts are responsive 24/7. The bed is very spacious and comfortable. The patio is a lovely touch. The check-in was seamless and easy. Highly recommend.

The flat is exactly as shown in the images, good size and furniture. The area is great, calm but still very central. There were some minor issues, like the wi-fi that has very poor signal, but it was a good overall experience. The communication with the host was very efficient and I was allowed to have a flexible check-in.

Das Apartment liegt super gut, mit toller Verbindung um London zu erkunden. Es ist sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestatteter Küche mit allem was man braucht. Es liegt ziemlich nahe an der Straße also ist es nicht total ruhig, aber für die gute Anbindung an die Stadt haben wir es gerne in Kauf genommen. In der Nähe ist auch ein schöner Park und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Würde ich auf jeden Fall nochmal Mieten beim nächsten Besuch in London 😊

Had an amazing stay at this luxurious apartment just a short walk from Maida Vale station. Nothing really to fault this place, the bed was enormous and super comfy, everything super clean, kitchen well equipped and the bathroom was ideal. Oh and the tv is massive! It's like having a cinema in your bedroom. I will be staying again soon.
