Excellent accommodation and good communication

The place was exactly as shown / clean and well located. The bed was comfortable.. but the bathroom was extremely small.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this Airbnb. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the location was great. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. Communication was easy from start to finish, and they made us feel very welcome. Thank you again for such a lovely stay. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

Nice flat in Notting Hill with easy access to Portobello Market, great restaurants and playgrounds for the kids. Had a small issue with check in and we were in London the hottest ever week in June so it was tough to stay cool, but overall this was a good experience.

Beau was a fantastic host! Super responsive, clear instructions on how to check in, and super friendly. The apartment was so cute and just like the pictures. It felt very secure and comfortable for the few days I spent there. In a great location, convenient to public transport and near many cool shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and would love to return in the future !

This is a comfortable and lovely studio apartment in an excellent location close to all amenities. The host was always prompt and courteous in respect to all communication. I would not hesitate to highly recommend to a single person or couple for their stay in London.

Great building and very proximate to everything in Notting Hill. The two bedroom lives on two levels which is great for privacy. The natural light is a real win. Working on my laptop in the glass cieling area was lovely and the wifi is perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Great host and this studio was cozy and functional for our 11-day stay, if a free cleaning could be given for free for long staying guest that would be a 5-star perfect experience 😃 Beau was extremely helpful, as we got problems with the coffee machine, the toilet ceiling light and required extra blanket and he just came and fixed them immediately. The apartment is located at a safe area with many eateries available, very convenient for us as my daughter and I tended to have light dinner either nearby or just made a salad and we got all we wanted. Restaurants standard is middle-higher range too, a wide variety from Japanese Vietnamese to French and English. The only drawback was the noise…especially for us who live in high rise building at home. It’s not the people at a nearby club but the street is a bus route so more from the traffic. Yet, after the first few nights were quite used to it, as living in a London house like this one was intended to be an experience too.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the place. We enjoyed our stay in London thanks to the wonderful place we were staying in. Beau was informative, welcoming and quick to respond in case of any doubts. The check in was smooth. Everything was a walking distance and had fun taking strolls around the neighborhood as well. We will definitely come back next time.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, stylish, and in a great location. It met all of our expectations and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing worth mentioning is that the staircase is quite narrow, so guests with large or heavy suitcases may find it a little challenging. Other than that, everything was great, and we’d definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Beau is a great host and responsive whenever needed. The place was clean and cozy. The rooms are spacious, especially the room on the 2nd floor I loved it! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy The westbourne park tube station is 7 mins walking and has the circle and hammersmith and district lines. There is a few goos spots around the house within a short walk and there is a nice restaurant/pub on the same block with also 2 parks in front of the house. Some wood bugs appeared in the house during the heat wave but it wasn’t annoying as they were only a few.

Great location and service from Beau and team!

Beau is a great proactive host. I enjoyed my stay at the property. The property located in a safe, walkable area with multiple surrounding options for food, drinks and groceries. There is a bus stop 4 minutes walk from the property. Small note, the flat was located on the 3rd floor with only stair access no lift at the property. The stairs are little bit narrow. The only downside was the flat has 2 roof windows with direct sunlight access to the whole flat and no blinders made the sleep harder when sun rises early. Other than that the place has everything you need for your stay.

A little hidden jem in the heart of Notting Hill. Perfect space for 2 people and felt more spacious than a London hotel room and you literally pop out into Portabello market and lots of gorgeous restaurants and shops. Will definitely be back, thank you

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and it was a short walk to the underground. The neighborhood is very peaceful and walkable. The only discomfort for us was the brightness in the mornings. There are curtains but they let quite a bit of light in, and the double glass doors are not covered so it’s full daylight from that side of the room. The AC worked well and it was very convenient to have the washer/dryer machine. We had a wonderful time in London and this was a great place to come home to and escape the crowds for a peaceful night’s rest. We would definitely stay here again!

Beau’s place was fantastic. There’s a great Sri Lankan coffee shop across the street (get the Dirty Chai!). Beau was very responsive and was quick to answer any questions.

The place was exactly as described. The bed is very comfortable, everything was clean. I had a few questions and Beau was extremely fast to get back to me, patiently explaining every little detail. Would definitely stay at this place again. Highly recommended

Had a fabulous stay even with a rather urgent, last minute booking. Beau was very responsive and helpful, flexible where requested and very pleasant to deal with. Space was perfect for the two of us with a private bedroom each and the lovely communal living room with that stunning glass ceiling. Bathroom was very clean and functional. Kitchen was pretty well appointed and we cooked a few meals with no trouble. Easy walk to two tube stations with different line connections and lots of buses close by. Would recommend as a base for exploring London!
