Vi hadde noen fine dager i huset. Vi var fem voksne og et barn. Det var veldig varmt i leiligheten siden det var midt i juli, men det var vifter på hvert rom og et rom hadde en portabel ac. Det var litt for varmt på rommet på loftet men, det ble mer levelig på natt to og tre da vi hadde fått luftet litt der. Men leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte og vi koste oss i nabolaget. Vi fikk også veldig god oppfølging av eier hele veien. Anbefaler videre.

The house was very nice and clean. It’s far from the center but for us it was perfect because nights were quiet even though a room was facing the street.

Koselig hus med gode senger og rolig område. Ca 15 minutt gange til undergrunn stasjon. Finnes også gode restauranter i gangavstand. Matbutikker og kaffebar ca 100 meter unna. Passer godt for familier som har behov for å trekke seg litt tilbake fra Londons hektiske puls. Huset har en liten bakhage med bordtennis bord, dette satte vi pris på.

Das Bett im großen Zimmer war sehr gut, das Zimmer sehr schön und genug Stauraum. Im anderen Schlafzimmer war das Bett eher (zu)weich und nicht sehr breit. Da dieses Zimmer in Richtung Bahngleise war, konnte man nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Bis auf einem Brotmesser, war alles in der Küche vorhanden um zu kochen, sogar Salz, Zucker, und Instant Kaffee war vorrätig. Waschmaschine hat wunderbar funktioniert. Alle möglichen Geräte waren vorhanden. WLAN war ok. Wir haben uns bis auf den Lärm von der Bahn sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat den typischen englischen Charm von außen aber eine moderne Innenausstattung.

Nice place to be at, especially with the heat wave. The portable air con works well, responsive and positive host also makes the stay comfortable. Just enough space for the family 4, we slept well too. Thumbs up.

We had an amazing stay at Eb’s place. It was very clean, private, and just as described. It fit two of us comfortably and the commute is very easy to/from city center as it’s very close to the station. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely and very responsive host! We were in London on the hottest day of the year and requested an extra fan, which they provided promptly. The trains had some disruptions due to the heat so we had to find alternative ways to get around, but overall the location is a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city whilst still being well connected by tube and train.

We enjoyed our stay here. Home felt comfortable and easily accessible by bus, tube and a great spot for walking around to many nearby places. Place was clean, comfortable and the host was very proactive in all his communication.

I stayed at the property for 18 nights from June 16th to July 4th, 2026. Everything at the house was clean and in excellent working condition. It's a classic residential style British house which has been remodeled and split (as is very common) into two units - an upper floor unit and a lower floor unit. The AirBnB property is on the upper floor. Support and management is detail oriented, professional and proactive. The Wi-Fi and other amenities worked perfectly. The flat is equipped with a portable AC and a swamp cooler which were useful during the July 2024 heat wave. It's an easy 2 min. walk from Kensal Green station and an 8 min walk from Kensal Rise station. Near the Kensal Rise station are many nice restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Train sound is audible at the back of the property but the sound didn't bother us and we benefited greatly from the convenient proximity to the Kensal Green station. In summary a great property and great support!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit to London. It felt like a home away from home. The outdoor area was a lovely bonus, and the property was in a great location with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants. Communication from Beau was excellent throughout, and check-in was simple and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and one of the highlights of our trip. We’d happily stay here again!

Everything was great!! Really enjoyed our stay. I know the area well so was walking distance to friends, pubs and Sainsbury’s etc. Perfect for us! Was over 34 degrees when we arrived but thankfully there was a potable AC unit in one of the bedrooms! Really was grateful for that! The house had everything we needed. Really comfortable beds and even a bathtub :) Will def. stay again! Thanks very much

Die Unterkunft war sehr leicht zu finden und hat eine gute Lage.

Host was welcoming and friendly, location was ideal for meeting up with friends and family and getting into town. The accommodation was perfectly adequate for our needs but seemed a bit pricey and mobile phone access was unreliable. The check in access was a bit excessive but hosts kindly waived this for me. Despite these few reservations we would happily stay there again.

I have been using Airbnb for over 8 years. Beau's place has been og of the places we habe stayed in. I can not begin to express how grateful we are with Beau for allowing us to check in early due to an unfortunate original booking experience. Beau's place was impeccable, exactly as described and pictured on the site, instructions were clear and communication was very promt and friendly. Property was a short walk from metro line and very accessible by car as well. Property is completely equipped to make a home away from home no matter the length of your stay. Thank you again Beau for a great stay, you are an outstanding host!

Overall a lovely light clean house, warm, comfy. lots of space and nice outdoor area. Beau is super responsive. Very well connected and easy to get around. Would book again.

Ein sehr schönes englisches Häuschen, das wir nur weiter empfehlen können. Es sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Nachdem wir unsere Unterkunft spontan wechseln mussten haben wir das Häuschen von Beau gefunden. Die Buchungsanfrage wurde blitzschnell geregelt, so daß wir nicht fürchten mussten auf der Straße zu stehen. Es liegt etwas weiter entfernt von den typischen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist aber trotzdem jeden Cent wert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Beau hat sehr schnell auf Fragen und Anliegen reagiert.

We had a great stay! The place is ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from the metro and about 30 minutes on foot from Notting Hill. Everything was clean and communication with the host was excellent.

We had a great stay in Beaus fantastic apartment. He was a super helpful and accommodating. The apartment has all you need in a great area. A perfect base to explore London. We will be using this property again 100%

Lovely place ! We loved it , definitely recommend ! Beau was amazing and made our stay so special by bringing a Lovely Nespresso machine and a bbq so we could grill on my birthday- it was perfect !!! :) We were sad to leave but hope to be back soon Thank you for everything.

Nicely furnished and homely feeling in the pad. Loved the proximity to nearby Porto Bella streets bustling with decadent restaurants and flea markets.

Le logement était super, très agréable, propre, bien rangé, très bien équipé. L’accès depuis Kensal Green station est de moins de 5 minutes, il est très bien desservi par plusieurs modes de transports. La maison est moderne, bien équipé, les lits sont extrêmement confortables, les deux chambres sont magnifiques, toutes équipées de télé avec les applications installées. Un beau séjour, cuisine bien équipée. Une jolie terrasse. Nous reviendrons dans ce logement si nous sommes amenés à revenir sur Londres. Beau est très réactif, arrangeant et très accueillant. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci encore.

We have stayed with Beau on a few occasions, and in multiple properties, and they are always clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication is always easy and everything runs smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
