Great location, close to shops, restaurants and tube stops. Very comfortable stay in Chelsea

Beaus place was just as it was described and Beau was extremely good about communicating. He would respond to any of my questions almost immediately. The place had all the essentials necessary for our stay. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for communicating so well throughout our stay. We look forward to staying with you again next year.

Quiet spot, safe building in Chelsea neighborhood, easy walk (or Lime/BorisBike) to parks and local eateries. Beau was super proactive and helpful, and getting in was a breeze. Hope to return!

A comfortable apartment in a great building, centrally located to much of the city. The price was better than many alternative sites that were not as well maintained. The AC worked perfectly during a historic heat wave that baked London. Could not have wanted more for this visit.

Location was great and check in was very easy. Beau responded quickly when we needed a new iron and it was much appreciated.

A great location, perfect for restaurants and lots of things to do. The flat was clean and the building felt safe. It was a great little pied a terre for our two days in London. The host left clear and easy instructions and made everything run smoothly and easily including our early check in. Would recommend.

Great place. We stayed for three weeks in May/June. Very clean, perfectly situated for Kings Road Chelsea and Sloane Square, safe peaceful location. Fast internet, big TV, lots of hot water, easy clothes laundry machine, easy and quick to contact Beau. What will probably be a surprise to people new to London is the size. It has one bedroom and a living/dining/kitchen area. I paced it at 450 square feet total. We were two tall older folk, so it felt a bit tight. We had hoped for a more elaborate kitchen, It was a bit short on utensils and dishes, and had small fridge; for two it was okay, but if you wanted to entertain, there were not enough dishes. The A/C worked just fine, but it felt like a bit of jury rig. Noisy on Friday nights, because it is on the ground floor on Sloane Avenue. We had a great time, when we got used to the above.

Excellent location and such a cutie Airbnb. Felt like home and I cant wait to come back! I loved the building snd honestly there’s so much to nearby. Close to buses and tube as well.

La ubicacion es muy buena, en el heroso barrio de Chelsea. Ten enb cuenta que el aire acondicionado es portatil y tienes que tener siempre una parte abierta de la ventana para que salga el aire caliente por ahi. Cuando llegamos tuvimos que buscar la manguera del aire que no estaba a la vista. El anfitrion repondio siempre inmediatamente. El alojamiento es lindo pero ten en cuenta que es MUY PEQUEÑO. No hay lugar en donde dejar las maletas, Todo es Muy chico. Si no tiene problemas con eso en lineas generales esta bien. Londres en muy caro, este airbnb tambien. En otro pais pagarias menos por un lugar dos veces mas grande.

We stayed one night at Beau’s flat while we were visiting the Chelsea Flower Show. It’s in a really great location and is comfortable for a short stay. Beau was very communicative, which made arrival very easy, thank you. We would stay again.

Good location, easy to find and a great deal!

The place is in a good location right next to Kings road. The flat itself is satisfactory, although could probably use some upgrades- there was chipping paint and wallpaper in some locations. The overhead lights in the living room were also finicky- and sometimes will turn on. They are also bright white lights that felt very uncomfortable to have turned on. Since the flat is on the ground floor courtyard it doesn’t always get a lot of day light so having a few more gentle light sources inside the flat would make it feel more homely. Bed was quite comfortable, bedroom is smaller than it looks in the photos. All other amenities ie hair dryer, vacuum, cooking appliances etc were provided. Overall it’s a functional flat in a lovely area but the interior and a few of the other mentioned issues made it feel less comfortable than expected from the listing especially given the price range is at par with fully serviced boutique hotels in the area.

I had a great experience staying at Beau’s beautiful Chelsea flat! Very well located and easy to get around all of London. The flat itself was beautiful with everything you might need for a short or long stay. Communication with the host seamless. Would highly recommend!
