It was overall a great experience. They accommodated me with a portable ac unit and fan which was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to another visit.

Beau’s place was ideal for a safe, relaxing trip to London with my daughter. The location is picturesque and quiet; just minutes from Regent’s Park. The flat was immaculate, had everything you could need, and the private patio was a lovely retreat for breakfast away from the city noise. Beau was a fantastic, responsive host. Highly recommended- we'd love to return!

Apartment had everything we needed. Really appreciated having washer, portable drying rack, and portable AC unit. Excellent walkable location, very close to Paddington Station and Kensington Gardens. Amazing Persian restaurant around the corner!! Bed was comfy. We would stay here again.

Great place! Right next to the tube station too, so very easy to get around.

Perfect location with the tube right across the road, accessing many parts of London within a 15/20 minute journey. 5 minute walk to to loads of bars, cafes and restaurants in Clapham. Host was extremely responsive and I would stay here again ☺️

The property itself was lovely and spacious, and overall we had a comfortable stay. Beau was also responsive whenever we contacted him, which we appreciated. There were a few things that could have been better. Some areas, particularly the outdoor spaces and balconies, could have been cleaner and better maintained. A few of the amenities also weren’t fully available or working as expected, and there were some differences between the listing and what was actually available at the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property is beautiful, but a little more attention to cleanliness, maintenance and making sure the listing accurately reflects what’s available would make the experience even better.

The place was exactly as shown / clean and well located. The bed was comfortable.. but the bathroom was extremely small.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is spacious and as described Very clean and location is fantastic for access to public transport. Very responsive and helpful host. Two small points for improvement would be block out curtains in bedrooms and much better fans or air conditioners provided. We were here in very hot summer temperatures and the bedrooms were uncomfortably hot.

We really loved the place; it was cozy and tidy. The host was excellent and very quick to respond. It is one of the best places in London, conveniently close to both the train station and the city center.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this Airbnb. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the location was great. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. Communication was easy from start to finish, and they made us feel very welcome. Thank you again for such a lovely stay. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

The apartment was great, clean, well equipped and well located. The aircon provided wasn't great for the hot weather but the fan was ok. The location was fantastic.

Vi hadde noen fine dager i huset. Vi var fem voksne og et barn. Det var veldig varmt i leiligheten siden det var midt i juli, men det var vifter på hvert rom og et rom hadde en portabel ac. Det var litt for varmt på rommet på loftet men, det ble mer levelig på natt to og tre da vi hadde fått luftet litt der. Men leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte og vi koste oss i nabolaget. Vi fikk også veldig god oppfølging av eier hele veien. Anbefaler videre.

Easy check in and lovely room. Host was responsive

When we arrived in London, our original airbnb was so dirty so we had to look for another accommodation asap. We found this place and Eb let us check in quickly. Flat was already clean even though we gave them short notice. There is a bus stop right infront of the flat which was handy. Close to town but area was quiet. We had nice sleep in every nights.

Beaus place was just as it was described and Beau was extremely good about communicating. He would respond to any of my questions almost immediately. The place had all the essentials necessary for our stay. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for communicating so well throughout our stay. We look forward to staying with you again next year.

I had a lovely stay here. The apartment was very clean, and the location was excellent — just a short walk to the station, with great amenities like Gail’s and Starbucks nearby. The area was peaceful and serene, making it a relaxing place to stay. The host was also very responsive to messages, and the entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. I would happily stay here again.

The house was very nice and clean. It’s far from the center but for us it was perfect because nights were quiet even though a room was facing the street.

Prima Unterkunft, ruhige Lage im Hinterhof, Bus vor der Tür, multikulti Viertel sehr angenehm, Restaurants in der Umgebung prima, Unterkunft sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen

Koselig hus med gode senger og rolig område. Ca 15 minutt gange til undergrunn stasjon. Finnes også gode restauranter i gangavstand. Matbutikker og kaffebar ca 100 meter unna. Passer godt for familier som har behov for å trekke seg litt tilbake fra Londons hektiske puls. Huset har en liten bakhage med bordtennis bord, dette satte vi pris på.

Great place to stay. Close to transit and essential shops. Couch legs were wobbly which made sitting slightly uncomfortable and AC was portable and only in 1 room of the house so the bedroom was fairly warm. Thankfully we were able to move the AC to the bedroom so it ended up being fine. Would stay again :)

Good location and cozy apartment - easy check in and check out process and quick responses from the team. It’s an old building but I must say it was very clean and the portable AC unit makes for really good sleep during the hot London summers.

Quiet spot, safe building in Chelsea neighborhood, easy walk (or Lime/BorisBike) to parks and local eateries. Beau was super proactive and helpful, and getting in was a breeze. Hope to return!

Das Bett im großen Zimmer war sehr gut, das Zimmer sehr schön und genug Stauraum. Im anderen Schlafzimmer war das Bett eher (zu)weich und nicht sehr breit. Da dieses Zimmer in Richtung Bahngleise war, konnte man nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Bis auf einem Brotmesser, war alles in der Küche vorhanden um zu kochen, sogar Salz, Zucker, und Instant Kaffee war vorrätig. Waschmaschine hat wunderbar funktioniert. Alle möglichen Geräte waren vorhanden. WLAN war ok. Wir haben uns bis auf den Lärm von der Bahn sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat den typischen englischen Charm von außen aber eine moderne Innenausstattung.

Great place, well maintained and professional. Works well for a holiday stay for families with young children in London as it’s very close to the tube station. No elevator but stairs were wide and easy to navigate. AC unit was portable and could be moved between rooms but was not the easiest or most effective to use because of the window shape and styles particularly in the bedroom but was still better than nothing on a hot evening.

We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it. Excellent location.

Nice place to be at, especially with the heat wave. The portable air con works well, responsive and positive host also makes the stay comfortable. Just enough space for the family 4, we slept well too. Thumbs up.

We had an amazing stay at Eb’s place. It was very clean, private, and just as described. It fit two of us comfortably and the commute is very easy to/from city center as it’s very close to the station. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place directly across from tube with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Very clean. Perfect for our family with provided high chair and pack and play. Would definitely stay again. AC and fans were super helpful during heat wave and made stay very comfortable. Beau was also incredibly responsive!

Great place to stay in London. Ten min walk to either Clapham or Brixton tube stations or Clapham park. Hosts communicated really well and were very helpful. Would recommend.

Descriptions and prior reviews sum it up well. Proactive courteous host. Lively side of commons so there are both plenty of cafe/ dining options and attendant street noise. Fine if you know what to expect (as we did). Excellent location both for the local area and tube access 2 min away. Portable A/C in main room worked well despite heat, while room fans in bed rooms were sufficient at night. Would stay again.

Lovely and very responsive host! We were in London on the hottest day of the year and requested an extra fan, which they provided promptly. The trains had some disruptions due to the heat so we had to find alternative ways to get around, but overall the location is a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of the city whilst still being well connected by tube and train.

Great place to stay around Paddington. Easy location to access the tube and surrounding areas like Hyde park. Unit came with all of the needed appliances and the washer/dryer unit was a massive plus for my extended work trip. Eb and her team are remarkably proactive and quick to reply for anything you need.

We enjoyed our stay here. Home felt comfortable and easily accessible by bus, tube and a great spot for walking around to many nearby places. Place was clean, comfortable and the host was very proactive in all his communication.

Evin konumu ve semt harikaydı, metroya 7 dakikada keyifle yürüdük. Çok turistik olan abbey road yaya geçitinden geçerek her gün metroya yürümek de ayrı bir keyifliydi. Her yere bir kaç durakla gidebiliyorsunuz konum çok merkezi. Aynı zamanda bir çok ulaşım çeşidi mevcut. Bu semtte yürüyüp alışveriş yapabileceğiniz, yemek yiyebileceğiniz çok güzel yerler var, biz semtte de bir günümüzü keyifle yürüyerek geçirdik Regent’s parka yürüyebilirsiniz. Anahtara ulaşım kolaydı, ev temiz ve çok güzel kokuyordu. Fotoğraflardaki ev ile aynı ev sizi karşılıyor. Mutfak küçük ama işinizi görüyor, oturma ve yemek alanı keyifli. Yatak odası ve banyo çok kullanışlıydı. Yatak ve yastıklar yumuşak ve konforluydu. Biz 3 kişilik aile olacak 1,5 yaşındaki bebeğimizle keyifle kaldık. Çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi çok kullanışlıydı. Ağarman ve daire de tam bir Londra havasını yansıtıyordu.
